The expansion of our air cleaner line is a commitment to delivering the right product at the right time. Skuttle’s high-efficiency air cleaners are now available in four popular sizes: 20×16x5, 20×20x5, 25×16x5, and 25×20x5 inches.
A compact, lightweight display with literature pocket is available for Skuttle dealers. Since the working components of our products cannot be seen when installed, a display allows customers to see and feel the quality of our products. Close inspection of our air filtration media naturally builds confidence in our air cleaners.
Skuttle Air Cleaners are quickly identified by an S-curve locking door and precision placement of pre-drilled holes. Units are designed for a tight seal, for easier installation, and for the distinctive look of professional craftsmanship.
Skuttle duct-mounted air cleaners capture most in-home contaminants in a longer lasting, deep-pleated filter, resulting in cleaner indoor air, a cleaner HVAC system, longer furnace life, significant cost savings over time, and a healthier living environment.
Air cleaners are a relatively inexpensive way to make a home more pleasant and comfortable. Homeowners will thank you for recommending a Skuttle High-Efficiency Air Cleaner!

Do your customers and yourself a favor by making sure their Skuttle humidifiers and air cleaners are ready for the cold, dry months ahead. Humidifiers and control units should be tested and all components inspected. Have replacement parts, elements and filter media with you.
To combat stale indoor air filled with household contaminants, replace filter cartridges in their Skuttle high-efficiency air cleaners.
In fact, offer to check out their entire HVAC system to keep it in top running order:
1. Inspect and lubricate fans; tighten fan belts; replace as necessary.
2. Check the heat exchanger for cracks.
3. Check air flow through heat exchanger; clean if necessary.
4. Check amperage of indoor and outdoor motors, as well as compressor.
5. Check incoming voltage levels.
6. Tighten electrical connections.
7. Check all controls for proper performance.
8. Check for leaks in ductwork.
9. Check air flow through indoor or outdoor condenser coils; clean and straighten coils.
10. Check AC refrigerant charge.
11. Inspect and clean condensation pumps and drains.
12. Inspect and clean humidifier inside and out; replace pad.
13. Replace air filter media. You may want to contract with your customers to provide this complete system checkup every year. If you have questions or need Skuttle parts, contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.
14. Inspect ventilation components, especially for natural gas dispersion. It is the flu season, you know.
15. Give the customer a list of recommendations, including proper settings, for best results; set up a date for follow-up or seasonal service.
Most of your customers rely on your service and expertise. A friendly reminder to perform a checkup at a reasonable price will be appreciated.
For the do-it-yourselfers, give them the checklist and take their order for replacement elements and parts. Remind them that you are merely a phone call away, just in case.

The Choice is Yours
I admit it. I get excited when new technology is introduced. It does not matter if the technology is HVAC-related or a new app that adds bells and whistles to my home computer.
Our engineering team is currently developing new product technologies that will take us into the future. At the same time, they apply proven technology to our tried and true products.
I love being a part of it!
As cool as it is to be involved with technology, our standard drum units are among the most effective, most energy-efficient, most reliable, and most affordable whole-house humidifiers on the market right out of the box. Adding an electronic flushing timer enhances performance and minimizes homeowner maintenance.
Hi tech or lo tech — we deliver high performance. My grandfather would be proud.
